I wasn’t sure if this topic had been discussed before. During my descent planning into LTFM, I attempted to load the KANQ1A STAR for the ILS Y approach to runway 35R via SADIK. While I successfully loaded the approach into the MCDU, I noticed that all the waypoints from the STAR and the ILS approach appeared at a single geographic point, far southwest of the airfield. This seems to be an issue affecting most STARs, approaches, and potentially SIDs at LTFM as well. I was flying the default Inibuilds A330-300 MSFS 2024 on the Latest AIRAC Cycle, and I do recall this issue occurring with other aircraft as well. Not sure if this issue is related to the aircraft, the database, or the scenery.
I would try the same with the stock G1000 in MSFS2024. If the issue persists, try removing the third-party scenery and retest. After that, when you see a correct path with the stock G1000, you can do the same tests with the Inibuilds aircraft.
