Just updated to AIRAC Cycle 2605 and now getting message in X-Plane 11 when trying to load a Flight Plan that the Runway RW01L and RW19R not found at Brisbane Int Airport YBBN QLD Australia? The Runway is found OK in Little Navmap which I updated at the same time to AIRAC Cycle 2605?

Please report this to X-Plane: airports & runways will not be updated due to the X-Plane dataset. This is part of the APT.DAT file (the scenery file), and it can only be updated by X-Plane.
We have this runway; therefore, you see it in LNM, but as I have written above, such information can´t be updated in X-Plane. The scenery is outdated and must be corrected by X-Plane. Hope that helps.

YBBN runways were updated in X-Plane 12, IIRC. But Laminar is no longer releasing updates to X-Plane 11, so unfortunately you’re a bit stuck.
Third-party addons like ToLiSS or the Hot Start Challenger will also source runways from scenery addons, so you may be able to find an up-to-date(-ish) Brisbane for XP11 and use it with those addons; however, unless I am mistaken, default avionics (GPS/G1000/FMS) only source runway information from the default apt.dat so you’re mostly out of luck.
It’s technically possible to manually edit the default apt.dat file but that is done at one’s own risk (and the X-Plane Updater as well as Steam’s “Verify integrity of game files” would overwrite these changes, so a manual backup of said changes may be warranted).

If your hardware can do it, it’s probably not a bad idea (irrespective of the YBBN issue).
The X-Plane 12 Demo would let you check frame rates on your computer before you make a decision to upgrade or not.
