I hope all is well…I cannot Sign into the EFB to get my EFB charts to come up

i put in the password and id and this is what continues without sign in connencting to server

Hi Gerard,

It appears you are referring to the FF 557 V2.

In the EFB, in Charts\Options, choose web authorisation, and OK. You should be prompted in your browser to enter your email and password. You will be required to enter a code, which is emailed to you.
