BlueBird 757 - Unable to update AIRAC

Hi. Unable to update AIRAC data through the BlueBird 757 EFB. Latest cycle not visible and no button available to update. Any solution? Thank you

Please send us a screenshot of your EFB showing the AIRAC data update. We also recommend using the on-screen keyboard from your EFB to configure your Navigraph account.
