I was looking at a live flight FR5549 today , They had NISVA5D for rwy27, but i cant find that star. I see NISVA5H

NISVA 5D is for runway 09, not 27 (as indicated on the chart, 10-2D). Most likely the aircraft filed the 5D STAR but ended up flying the 5H or 4K STAR into runway 27 instead.
