Blinking maps after opening Navigraph

Hi folks, I run Navigraph Charts - Version: 8.43.1 - Build: db95b8a and after starting the app the map blinks (one sec on… one sec black/white screen depending on dark mode).

I’d love to add a jpeg but I can’t find the button!

So it’s easy to understand that a route planning with a blinking map is impossible…. any ideas?

What OS are you using? is this a PC or a mobile device?

Win11 24H2, all necessary updates (without AI !)

In addition to that: I cannot show the plane’s position on the map.. “Simlink is not working” ! Log in doesn’t work. Task Manager says “Running” but Navigraph says Log In !

Regarding the Charts app flashing, check and confirm your computer system time is synchronized to internet time.

  • Right click the clock in your Windows taskbar and select
    • Set timezone automatically
    • Set the time automatically

Regarding Simlink, this may correlate to the system time being out of sync also.

Synchronizing the time in the Windows 11 clock solved this problem for me. Everything is fine now.
