Only one issue per thread so that others can easily see what has been reported.
Navigraph Charts already does an great job focusing on pilots and integrating tools that genuinely support the pilots.
Being able to see online ATC as well as all aircraft directly on the chart is a big plus.
A natural next step would be to include air traffic controllers a bit more, so the pilot–ATC symbiosis becomes even better.

Show both planned route and flown route
A great example is VATSIM Radar, which shows both the planned route (filed route), and also the actual/flown route.
Bringing this into Navigraph Charts would be a perfect improvement, helping both pilots reviewing and understanding route deviations, and controllers/observers quickly understand what an aircraft intended vs. what it actually flew. -
Always-visible live aircraft data (Flightradar24-style)
It would be even better if each aircraft could display key live data that is always visible, Callsign, Altitude / Flight Level and Speed.
Similar to Flightradar24, this improves situational awareness and reduces the need to click into each target. It contributes much for the pilots that are interested in becoming air traffic controllers as well. They can listen to and follow the traffic at the same time. -
Additional radar background styles for cleaner options
It would be great to have more radar background options, especially cleaner and more minimalist styles, in that way to reduce visual clutter and improve readability for ATC-style use cases.
