After a long hiatus, I return to X-Plane 12 to my Zibo, and the Current NavData will not load. I’ve ensured the path is correct. Quite simple; X-Plane folder is on my desktop (iMac). Could this be a cache problem, I wonder?
Are you installing the navdata using the FMS Data Manager or manually?
If using the manager, can you provide screenshots of the Addon Mappings tab as well as the path to X-Plane under the settings tab?

The X-Pane 12 database in the above screenshot says it’s installed to a user-specified location, can you show switch to the Addon Mappings tab (instead of Addons List) and show what it is?
Or perhaps simply:
- go to Addon Mappings
- select the “X-Plane 12” mapping via the corresponding checkbox on the left
- click Remove
- then on the same tab, click “+ Add”, select “X-Plane 12” as the addon, and also select “X-Plane 12” as the install into directory instead of a user-defined folder
- then click Save
