BA Virtual integration fails with SimBrief for new account

Hello

BA Virtual web site is integrated with simbrief to provide accurate flight plans.

The url called is something like : https://www.simbrief.com/ofp/ofp.loader.api.php

With my brand new account (with Nav data subscription) it is not working and the progress bar is either a 1% and is not moving or in “Processing” with 0%.

If I test it with my old account having no subscription I does work ! I’m having the flight plan provided in a second.

I do all my test with fresh clean browser cache. I do log each time to simbrief.

Could you help ?

PS: I tried with multiple airport, the behavior is the same.

Hi, very strange. I tried but could not reproduce it.

When it gets stuck next time, can you press F12 to open the developer tools, go to the console tab, and take a screenshot of what is displayed there? Are there any errors?

Hi thanks to come back to me. There was no error. Just nothing moving at all.

The issue seems to be solved today. Indeed, pretty strange.
