Hi, I actually have the monthly subscription but I dont see any charts even updating with FMS manager over Xplane 11.
Avitab tell me you dont have charts subscription.
can any help me please

Hi,
I guess you used the wrong account. I see you have two. One hotmail and one gmail… You are currently using your Hotmail account (also here). This account has no subscription. So switch to your Gmail account, and you should be able to use all Navigraph features everywhere.
When it´s done, I would remove the Hotmail account to avoid such issues in the future
