ATR42/72 – Unable to log in to SimBrief / Import Flightplan not working

What I expected to happen.

Manage to log in to simbrief via EFB in order to import flight plan to avionics

What actually happened

I have entered my SimBrief Pilot ID number in the EFB. However, when I press “Import Flightplan”, nothing happens. The EFB still shows “Log In” on the button, so it appears that I’m not actually being logged in to SimBrief.

I have tried entering the Pilot ID again, but the behaviour remains the same.

Steps:

  1. Enter SimBrief Pilot ID number in the Do228 EFB.
  2. Press “Import Flightplan”.
  3. Nothing happens.
  4. The button still says “Log In”.

Omg. I’ve been struggling with the throttles on the Do228 at the same time trying to get used to the ATR42/72

This issue involves the described issue but with the ATR. I apologize so much. Do you still need a screen shot :sob:

Throttles or any Carenado related issues should go to their support, I’m afraid. Thats a known area of frustration amongst the community and, to help out Carenado, they need as many reports as possible.

Regarding SimBrief, in order to understand more, screenshots would be very helpful.

I got it sorted out myself. There was an option in the ATR EFB to disable msfs flight plan. That did it
