API vs Browser Charts Discrepancy

The screenshot below shows the same (I think) chart open in the Fenix EFB and the browser. Although the chart appears the same (Approach, Effective Date, Chart number) the minima are completely different. Is this an API issue with Navigraph or an implementation issue with Fenix EFB?

Neither - it´s a setting on your side.

On the left is the standard chart; on the right is the CAO chart, which contains only CAT C+D minimas. You see this on the top of the chart with the A==

You can change this in the Settings Tab → Chart mode:
