ALTTA 9 STAR for KFAT misaligned

The ALTTA 9 STAR for KFAT seems to be misaligned. The waypoints/VOR/apt overlayed on the STAR don’t seem to align. It seems like just the STAR is offset. The sectionals, IFR Low, etc. seem to align otherwise.

I can post a screenshot if needed. I’m running Navigraph on a Mac v8.32.0.
