All of the installs in navigraph hub is failing (MSFS2020)

Since Airac 2504 has been released, my Navigraph Hub installation attempts were all refused when I tried to update. And it has not output any error messages and I mailed to navigraph customer support. However, I couldn’t received any solutions from customer support of Navigraph so I ended up my subscription at that time.

Today, I wanted to fly again with MSFS2020 so I attempted again with subscription and I’ve received an error log I have never seen before. The log says, “Operation Failed: unable to get local issuer certificate“. I did everything I could except reinstalling MSFS2020 due to complicated add-ons and mods reinstallation. Are these all problems occured from MSFS’s 2020 version, or any other problems from your ends?

Would it be appreciated if you could reply to my questions.

The account you advised to our account section has a valid subscription.

Please:

  • Restart the machine.
  • Disable any Antivirus and Firewall.
  • Uninstall, redownload, and run the latest Navigraph Hub.
  • Use Hub to update the Navigation Data for any detected packages.
  • Please post screenshots of any errors using Guide to posting Screenshots

I have set up some extra logging for your account, which we shall review after you post the screenshots.

I’ve tried updating the navigation data 3 times after following your procedure so I hope that you can find any error logs. Thank you for reviewing my problem carefully.
