All historical flights WIPED

I have a navigraph/simbrief account (Just one)

I had stopped being active generating flights for like a month or maybe a bit more. Then I logged in recently within last week and today and all the 10s of flights with different frames simply gone. Wiped. Even when I generated test 1 now with CRJ I cannot click view, Quite upsetting all my flights in historical page simply gone. What would be wrong that this would happen server side?

History flights are only kept for 2 months on SimBrief. These are meant as a way to quickly bring up your recently generated flight plans, not as a complete account history tool.

If you fly certain flights frequently, you can save them using the Saved Flights feature. Saved Flights do not expire and will remain available on your account indefinitely.

Regarding your latest flight plan (KIAD-KCVG), you generated that one over 1 week ago. Flight plan data you generate (the briefing package, flight maps, PDF, the 60+ downloadable export formats, etc) are only kept on the server for about 3 days after you generate them. If you want to fly this flight again, simply bring up the flight options (either through the History Flights section, or by clicking “Edit Flight” from the left-hand menu) and regenerate a fresh version of the flight plan.

So in summary:

  1. Flights you generate will remain viewable/downloadable for a minimum of 3 days (though often your latest flight plan will remain viewable for up to 7 days).
  2. After that, they may no longer be viewable, but they will remain in your History Flights for about 2 months. You can bring up the flight options and generate a new flight plan from them at any point during this time.
  3. After 2 months, they will be removed from History Flights list and will no longer be listed.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to retrieve flights which have expired past the 2 month mark, apologies for that!
