Despite having AIRAC fully updated in X-Plane 11, there’s a discrepancy in the number of runways at San José de Campo Airport (SPJC) in Peru. Navigraph is up-to-date and correct, but X-Plane doesn’t display the Navigraph version; instead, it shows the old airport version with only one runway, whereas it now has two. Everything I’ve read indicates that updating AIRAC in X-Plane 11 should also update the airport settings. Thank you very much for your help.

Whilst Navigraph Navigation Data updates the navigation data of aircraft and addons in X-Plane, it doesn’t change X-Plane scenery at all. So X-Plane 11 has just SPJC Rwy 16/34.
You might like to consider adding the SPJC scenery at https://forums.x-plane.org/files/file/94569-spjc-jorge-chavez-intl-lima-xp11-with-new-runway-16r-34l/ which I believe adds the new runways.
