I have SimLink installed and I do sometimes have my aircraft icon on, but I usually like it off. Since the latest patch, it keeps turning on by itself. Sometimes it stays off for hours, but other times, it just keeps turning itself on again a few seconds after I turned it off.
I have not found out the exact conditions, when it turns back on by itself. It seems, that it keeps happening more often on the world map and not when viewing charts. It often happens to me, that I turn it off, I scroll the map to the destination and then it turns itself back on, scrolling to my current position. This is very frustrating.
Can you please not automatically enable the aircraft icon? This worked fine in previous versions and only started with the latest patch from a few weeks ago.

This feature automatically enables itself IF:
- You have “Auto start” enabled in your moving maps settings
- You are running Simlink in the background
Perhaps you would like to try disabling the “Auto start” feature?
