It looks like you have two active Navigraph accounts. One of them is linked to your VATSIM user ID, the other is not.
When you use an account that is not linked, you will see what is shown in your screenshot! The solution is to sign in with the correct account.
If you want help identifying the correct account, and maybe even handling the termination of one of them, please get in touch with account@navigraph.com
