As of todays Navigraph AIRAC cyle update (Oct 2,2025) I updated PMDG 737-700 using the EFB (Not via Navigraph hub) as per PMDG’s instruction. Now it lists my AIRAC Cycle as 2505, validity 2025-05-15 / 2025-06-12. Tried to reinstall again via EFB and it just stalls at about 80 %
Was working just fine last night, Starting to think I should wait a week like GSX before updating just to see what bugs come with the new updates!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing has changed on our side since the last cycle. We are in contact with PMDG to try and find out what it could be.

Popped in and out of aircraft, still always stopped around 80% on EFB NavData reinstall. Quit sim, Navigraph Hub shortcut missing from desktop, check also missing from programs directory. Reinstalled Navigraph Hub (even though I had used it this morning) then decided to update the PMDG 737-700 from the Hub instead of the EFB. Started MSFS2020 back up, launched a flight and the AIRAC cycle was correct 2510. So for the rest of my PMDG fleet, do I update through the Hub or the EFB in each aircraft type?
You are entirely safe to update through Hub; they are designed to perform the same operation, so there should ideally be no difference. As you are having problems with the EFB now (which we are actively investigating with PMDG), Hub seems to be the safer option for the time being on your system.
