AIRAC CYCLE 2407 - NAVIGRAPH HUB Problem

Hi, thank you very much for your great work. I’ve been using your software almost every day so far and I’m delighted.
Unfortunately, I have been getting an error message for a few days now when I try to install the latest AIRAC CYCLE 2407 via the NAVIGRAPH HUB.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
Do you have any firewall installed? It seems that the IP address is not reachable. This can be due your ISP, firewall or possible a anti virus app.

Timeout means, that the Hub doesn’t receive a “return” from the download server.

As a test, are you able to connect via a mobile connection to identify the core issue?

i have similar issue, every month same problem. Content xml ok it loads pmdg and fenix ok only main base package creates error. Each month have to reload hub with indifferent results. Any clues as to why?

Hi, access to the Internet is via SIM card. No extra firewall, just Windows. There have been no problems with this configuration in the last few months. I have not changed anything, only Windows updates. Since AIRAC 2407 this no longer works. The A320 from FlyByWire also does not show a QR code from Navigraph for the connection with Simbrief in the EFB. Greetings Michael
