AIRAC 2610 wont load on Synaptic A220

Hi.

Several users at the Synaptic Discord reports about same issue I have with loading the latest AIRAC - Navigraph_v2_2610_30SEP26.

Getting a “Failed to download database” in the FMS. (previous one works fine)

Wondering if there is something wrong with the AIRAC regards to the A220?

Yes, I’ve already tried everything with an empty Community folder where only the A220-300 was installed.
I always get the same error message.

Just an update - we have checked everything on our side, and it looks good (at least from the data). We are in contact with Synaptic to find out the reason for that. We keep you informed here, when there are some new … Thank you for your reports!

Same here. I just bought the A220 today, so it’s a clean install. When updating to the latest Navigraph AIRAC, the green bars go to 100%, but it ends with “Load Complete with Errors” - “Failed to download database”. Loading the old “Navigraph_v2_2503_19MAR25” works w/o issues.

Unable to load latest Airac data into

Synaptic A220 FMS. Goes to 90%

then stops and get a message

unable to laod database.

Is it a problem at your end or theirs
