The FMS Manager is only updating XP 12. All XP 11 add-ons are npt updated and can also not be restored. When asking to restore I am asked to buy a subscription, which I certainly already have.

Lovely background of your PC, but the essential window is not readable. Is it possible that you make only the screenshot of the FMS Data Manager window and not of your complete desktop?
I´m not sure if I understood you correctly. When you select an XP11 line and press the update button, nothing happens - or what happens then?
It looks like you haven´t updated the XP11 addons before, or you have reinstalled XP11, or you have changed the XP11 path, … because what I see on the little windows is a grey button, which means in the FMS Data Manager, you have never used the current state for any updates. So, what have you changed between the last time and now …

you were right. I have a new PC and I changed the naming of the partition of the SSD. I corrected the path and now it works.
