I cannot update the CRJs to the latest AIRAC. It doesn’t show up in Navigraph. If I download the data directly from the manual downloads, the installer says it can’t find msfs (xbox marketplace version). Linking it in the EFB of the plane doesn’t actually do anything.
Any ideas?

Is this for MSFS 2024 or MSFS 2020?
Is this for Aerosoft CRJ V1 (550/700/900/1000) or Aerosoft CRJ V2 ? For V2 , make sure you have loaded the aircraft into a flight at least once. Also check it’s updated to the latest version.
Was this purchased from the Marketplace or directly from Aerosoft?

This would be V2 purchased from the marketplace for 2024. I was finally able to get the latest airac loaded through the efb after trying a second time to link to my account. For some reason the first attempt didn’t load even though it said linking was successful
Any idea why these don’t show up in Navigraph Hub like the JF RJ Pro does? Also, any idea why the manual download can’t find my Xbox store version of MSFS?

Navigraph Hub doesn’t run on Xbox due to the Xbox platform restrictions.

Hi Scott,
May I ask what you mean by “manual download”? Do you mean via the Hub, or the setup files directly from the webpage? The second (manual setup files) are not for any MSFS products.
Therefore, the question.
