In case you have more than one account, check you are logged in to the account with the Ultimate Subscription.
In Simlink using FAQ - Simlink Install and Systray, please post screenshot of Simlink Status and Simlink Plugin Settings:
Using Upload icon, please upload latest log and dlog from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs
