Active paid subscription, but only access to Demo Mode

I purchased and activated an Ultimate Subscription (monthly), but when I launch Navigraph Charts it keeps saying “You are in demo mode. Map area is restricted to the area between ‘NZWN’ and ‘YBBN’ airports. Jeppesen charts are also restricted to airports 'NZWN and 'YBBN”. So, it won’t let access all of the features that I paid for. Also, Navigraph Simlink launches without any problems, and in the Sim I’m clicking on the Navigraph icon, and I get a screen that says to either Scan the QR Code, or Browse to navigraph.com/code, and enter the displayed code. So that appears to be ok as well because I get a message saying " Your Navigraph account was successfully linked to Charts Cloud." But once I’m in the Sim, I can’t access the moving map because I get a message that says “Could not connect to simulator! Make sure Simlink is running on your simulator Computer.” Please help.

In case you have more than one account, check you are logged in to the account with the Ultimate Subscription.

In Simlink using FAQ - Simlink Install and Systray, please post screenshot of Simlink Status and Simlink Plugin Settings:

Using Upload icon, please upload latest log and dlog from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs

HI Ian,

I think that’s where I’m running into a problem. When I bring up Simlink from the systray and look under the General tab, it shows that the account which I’m logged in under is the one for PrecisionApproacher01. This is the user username that I’ve used for many years. And in the past this is how I would always log in to your website, using PrecisionApproacher01 as my username and then entering my password. But these days your website doesn’t prompt for a username and password anymore. Instead, it prompts me for an email address and a password. So anyway I just clicked on Sign Out in Simlink , and when I went to log back in, it automatically brought up a different account called PMDG737NGX. But even under this account, Navigraph Charts is still saying that I’m in DEMO MODE. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I can say that PMDG737NGX is my username for the Navigraph Forum. Please help me determine the correct log in info, so that I can get what I paid for, and so that we can then delete/deactivate the other account. Thanks.

The account PrecisionApproacher01 does not have a subscription. The account PMDG737NGX does.

Can you log out of any references to PrecisionApproacher01, and login to PMDG737NGX. If all works then please advise and we shall delete account PrecisionApproacher01.

Ok, I just logged with my email address and password. In my Profile screen I see the alias name PMDG737NGX. So it looks like we should delete account PrecisionApproacher01. I can see the charts within the Sim now. So that’s progress. The only remaining issue is that it’s still saying that I’m in DEMO MODE when I launch Navigraph Charts from my start menu. How do we fix that? Can you associate or link the Navigraph Charts part of Ultimate Subscription to the PMDG737NGX account?

Can you please log out and log back into Charts using PMDG737NGX, and advise if the problem still exists.

Where exactly do I go to log in as PMDG737NGX? Simlink automatically logs me in as that. And when I log into the Navigraph website with my email address and password, it also automatically shows that I’m in under the alias PMDG737NGX.

In Charts top right drop down, Sign out, then Sign in.

Any change to access to Charts?

Ok, it looks like that was definitely the problem. Navigraph Charts was indeed launching under PrecisionApproacher01. I logged off and came back in under PMDG737NGX. All seems to be good to go now. Thank you for the excellent customer support.

Hi there,
I have te same Problem. I purchased a one Year Subsription, I can lock in to the Navigraph Page and see the Acoount is running, all is payed, but when I want zo open Navigraph charts, there is only the demo Mode runnning.
What can I do ?

Welcome.

You have an FMS yearly subscription. To access Charts and FMS Data you need Ultimate (Monthly or Yearly) subscription.

You can convert across to Ultimate at subscriptions . Your existing payment will be credited against the new subscription.
