account in FMS Data manager is different than in Simbrief

In Simbrief and Navigraph Charts, my username is loonyton, but in FMS Data Manager it is loonyton268. How do I change this to loonyton without a number?
I also cannot see my charts in the EFB on my PMDG Boeing.

Hi Ton,

In FMS Data Manager Settings tab, Unregister account, then log in with your subscribed account details.
