Access_denied when logging to Navigraph for OFP generation through API

Good day, Navigraph Team,

I’m the developer of FlyHub (flyhub.app).

Around two months ago, I was provided with an API key, and it has been working well since then. The integration is still functioning properly on my end.

However, some users are running into an error when they are prompted to log in to their Navigraph account. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error below for reference.

I’ve not been able to reproduce it from my account because I’m able to log off and log in back just fine and OFP generation through the API works perfectly, but for this users its just not letting them log in at all.

Any guidance on this?, thanks

Hi, this is probably affecting users who are using the third-party login options (Google, Apple, or Microsoft).

I think some or all of these third-parties block in-app browser windows, due to security concerns. You might have no choice but to launch any SimBrief windows using the system’s default web browser, rather than your built-in pop-ups.
