A320neo flight from LFMN to EDDF calculated at FL180

I don’t understand how Simbrief is calculating an optimum flight level at FL180 for LFMN-EDDF over the alps. This is way too low. Any explanation?

Hi, I think this was only an initial altitude/airway restriction. You OFP showed the following route:

-------------------------FLIGHT PLAN ROUTE--------------------------
-LFMN/04R F180 BASIP6A BASIP Y15 ABN/F300 Y15 ANAKI P860 DEVOX/F380
 DCT ABESI N851 ROLSA Z162 ZUE T163 EMPAX EMPAX3A EDDF/25L

Which means an initial altitude of FL180, followed by a climb to FL300 at ABN, and another climb to FL380 at DEVOX.
