777 variants not showing in Hub

HI Guys, as per the title in the hub for 2024 I have no option to update either the 777-200ER or the 300ER, and there is no oprtion to update the 200–ER on the 2020 page.
I know I can update via the efb but It’s easier and more convenient to do them all that the same time from the hub if possible

TIA Brian

Hi Brian,
We will check it - thanks for your report.

Cheers,
Richard

I also have this issue. Tried reinstalling the aircrafts (777-200ER and 777-300ER) and also Navigraph HUB, but that didn’t work for me.

Hi gentlemen,
Please can you try it again … it should be fixed now!

Thank you,
Richard

Almost
In 2020 I have 200 ER and LR and the 300 is showing Twice
In 2024 I have 200 ER and LR but no 300 at all

Also can you confirm the installation location: -
for 2020 I think it’s
“AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\pmdg-XXX\work\NavigationData”
for 2024 I think it’s
"AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\pmdg-XXX\work\NavigationData

777-200ER is there but not the 777-300ER

All packages should be in place now … in the correct place! Sorry for the trouble, it was a slight configuration error, human error

Cheers,
Richard

2020 perfect… still no 300 showing in 2024 and I’ve double checked I@ve definately got it installed.

Hmm, I see it …

Close the Hub completely and re-open it … possible a caching issue somewhere?

Cheers,
Richard

Nope still not in mine, let me quicly load into the 300 in 2024 and make sure it’s working even without the data

Brian, please also check that you have the latest PMDG version installed - just in case

Cheers,
Richard

Problem solved, despite OC3 saying it was installed in 2024 it actually wasn’t! all good now thank you guys and apologies for the issue here. The interface between chair and keyboard had a 1d0t error!

Ufff, no problem Brian … My interface as also sometimes not fully working correctly  … Joke, thanks for your feedback and thanks for your help solving the package list issues …

Enjoy your day,
Richard

Sorry, Brian, may I have one more request (if possible)? Concerning this posting (PMDG WASM crash with 2604)

PMDG 737 - AIRAC 2604 causing wasm crashes - #3 by NAVData

Are you able to reproduce it? Can you try this with any PMDG in MSFS2024 please …

When not, it is ok … I don´t want to use you as a tester

Thanks,
Richard

I think it was a caching issue, disabled community folder, loaded up sim, opened Navigraph Hub, quit both and renabled community folder and voila
