Hi, I’m experiencing some CTD when using FSHUD on MSFS2020 and Navigraph Airac.
I’ve been able to reproduce a CTD from KLAX to KJFK. I started having the issue with the 2603 Airac which was known to cause issues initially. However I was still experiencing issues even with rev3 (which was supposed to solve the issue). Now I’ve completely uninstalled Navigraph and reinstalled with 2604 Airac, and still experiencing CTD, when using with FSHUD.
I’ve attached a MSFS crash log, which hopefully might help.

Sorry, the crash log does not help here. FSHUD uses its own dataset rather than in-game data from MSFS. I don’t know how FSHUD injects which software and how. That’s out of our scope.
We have also received no reports from the FSHUD devs that something is wrong with their datasets, nor have we received any here.
CTDs are very often a combination of packages, software, drivers, and data. When it is a data-only issue, it is reproducible across all systems.
Please provide more details on how we can reproduce it.

The CTD happen only and always when using FSHUD and with the option of it using the current Navigraph AIRAC installed. If I don’t use FSHUD, I have no CTD. Equally, if I use FSHUD, but tell it to use the default old MSFS nav data, I have no CTD.
For info, the CTD I was able to reproduce more often, happened on flights from KFSO (or KLAX) to KJFK, when flying from waypoints MZV to JOT (This was my route: ORCKA5 LAS J146 DVC PUB J64 HLC PWE LMN MZV JOT LOGGR SVM J70 JHW Q476 WLKES), over Illinois.
I’m on MSFS2020, with only addons being FBWA380, FSHUD, Navigraph and AIG, but the crash happens regardless of which aircraft I’m using and whether I use AIG or not. I asked to the FSHUD guys, but unfortunately they just told me to ask on the Navigraph forum, which was a bit frustrating.

Sorry, I have forgotten to answer. I made 3 flights now (two exactly with your flightplan, one random in the Illinois area), but no CTD somewhere.
I have used three different aircraft: Fenix A320, PMDG 737-600, and the C172 with the G1000. In all cases, I have finished my flights without any issues. Used FSHud current AIRAC; no 3rd-party sceneries installed; MSFS AIRAC 2604 installed.
Sorry, I can’t identify any data problem, and without the help of the FSHud devs, we have no choice.
