23 May 2026 - Connection issues

Are there connection issues at the moment? Logins not working for the hub, charts and Simbrief just times out.

We have no reported server issues. I was just able to use Hub, Charts, and SimBrief without error.

I would look at your internet connection. Try resetting your modem or connecting via a mobile hotspot.

thanks Ian, strange that I’m not having any issues with other websites, or indeed this forum - I wonder if it is locality based?

I am also in Australia, and not aware of any “locality issues”. As I mentioned, try connecting to the internet via mobile phone hotspot to eliminate local connection issues.

Ok, hotspot via mobile works - not sure what could be causing issues locally though.

I have reset the NTD, and the router, I can access the Navigraph site, but when I click on the Login button I get nothing - I’ve cleared cookies, tried different browsers, one on Windows 11 and the other on Linux Mint, same issue - and it was working fine yesterday.

what is the address that the login button calls?

The login button connects to our identity server.

Try:

Disable all antivirus and firewall

Check your Windows time is synched to local real time.

No antivirus in play either on my Win 11 or Linux machines, times on both machines are ok

Finally got logged into the Navigraph site, incredibly slow.

Ran a speedtest to my ISP and getting close enough to advertised speed of 500/50.

Now I’m thinking perhaps a DNS issue with my ISP, but it does seem to be isolated to one site.

EDIT: now seems to be working - I wonder if you were using cached credentials, as I was with my iPad hotspot connection.

Maybe the authentication server instance did a restart?

I am glad the issue has been resolved.

Happy flying.

Thanks for your assistance Ian
