Renewal discount:

I have a question.

Every year i by with my credit card.
This year it will not work to get a next 1 year Subscription.

At this time when i will pay i get no Renewal discount as last year.
What must i do to get my next year account working with my Renewal discount

Frank,

What happened? We were unable to charge your card for the new period, do you have any idea why? Did you contact your bank?

The renewal discount is applied when we automatically renew your subscription.

If you try to subscribe again now, does it work?

When you are back as a subscriber you can contact account@navigraph.com with a reference to this thread, and ask for the discount afterwards.

Hi Stephen,

i contact this morning account@navigraph.com and wait for a request.
I get a ticket ID and wait und wait for a answer.
I need my charts to fly.
I wont have my Renewal discount back.

Frank,

You need to subscribe first, you do that on our website. When successful you get access immediately.

After that you contact our support for the renewal discount reimbursement.

when i go into my account an subscribe i must pay 89.13 Euro


No active subscription. You may subscribe to our services here.

I think i get a better price for my subscribe .

Hi Steve,

yesterday evening i subscribe again and pay 89 Euro with my credit Card.
Normaly i must pay 83 Euro.

Then i write a mail to account@navigraph.com about my Renewal Discount.


I write in the last days 3 times a mail to navigraph without no answer and helping.
Nowbody is writing to me back.

Frank,

I've been communicating with you all the time here :) Yesterday I provided, I hope, clear instructions. The renewal discount is automatically applied when you are charged again, but since we could not charge your card then you need to subscribe again at the normal price and then ask for the refund from account support afterwards. They cannot process a renewal discount with no payment being made.

Now, yesterday evening you subscribed again and got access to the products immediately. Today in the morning we could apply the renewal discount. You will get a separate reply from account support confirming this. It will take a few business days for the refund to show back on your card.
