cannot log in to FMS manager

cannot log in to FMS manager

Hello,
I wanted to update to the latest AIRAC cycle, but when I try to log in to FMS database manager after entering my user name and password, nothing happens after I click login. A couple of times it said I had no valid internet connection, which is clearly not the case. Also when I went to the FMS manager forum, it says I do not have permission to view the content. I can access Navigraph charts fine, and see the charts forums fine. I upgraded to Ultimate weeks ago and was initially able to download that last AIRAC cycle.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ian,

As of 2100 hours PST on 11/11/19, I was able to access the FMS Database Manager and update my AIRACS. However I remain unable to access support forums for the FMS Database Manager.

Greg,

Could you please try to log out from the forum, clear your browser cache, and then login again. Any difference - can you access the FMS sections now?

Hi Stephen,
That did the trick. I can now access all the forums, and FMS Manaager works as well as charts
