Hello,

Here is my account tonight I noticed that an annual subscription has withdrawn from my Mastercard while I put on your site and my account that I did not want to renew my application for registration. I even saw the box where it is stated that my subscription ended on 13-08-18. But unfortunately it has been withdrawn on my card for an annual renewal.

My question is the following:

Is it possible to pay back or is it too late?

If by chance I would have made an error without realizing it then in this case is it also possible to get me reimbursed by your services?

If you have payment or refund issues in the future we prefer that you Email us at: account@navigraph.com and we will happily deal with your request.

However, to answer your specific question, if the payment was an error then we will of course refund your transaction.
