How to access support

I purchased FMS Data on 2 Jul. I have a question about it. I have not been able to get any help at all or support

I cannot access the support database to search for the relevant topic. I get this response when I try to do the search"You do not have the required permissions to view or read topics within this forum."

The only support forum that I can post to is this one and the one on payment questions. I cannot use the email/ private message system as it says I haven't made enough posts on the forum.

So all and all I am pretty fed up.

I am logged into the website

Please help

Hi Geoff,

Welcome and apologies for the difficulties you are experiencing.

1. Please make sure you are logged in with the account which has the subscription.
2. Please clear your browser's cache of any Navigraph entries.

Any improvement?

Thanks for replying so quickly. I have cleared all the history and I have only been using one login. But I still keep getting this message
"You do not have the required permissions to view or read topics within this forum."

Any other suggestions

Hi Geoff,

History is one aspect. For example in Chrome Settings\Advanced\Privacy and Security you can clear browsing data.

In any event the web team will also investigate why you cant access forums and PM's
