Re: iFly cycle 1307

Hi,
I'm new here and this is my first post. If I'm at the wrong place please let me know.
I have started flying the iFLY B747-400. The airac included is an old 0511 version. I am unable to find an airac for the iFLY B747-400. I do have the latest 1307 version available for the iFLY 737NG but it doesn't work for the iFLY B744.

So, are airacs available for the iFLY B747-400?

Thank you !

No, there are no airacs for the iFly 747... the airac for the iFly 737 series is not compatible.

iFly 747 Airac update

Post by CWChute » Sat Jul 27, 2013 3:58 pm

Hello,

I tried searching this forum for info on updating my IFly 747 Airac (WinXP, FS9, iFly 747 SP3, current Airac #0511) using "iFly 747 FMC" with no luck, so I am posting here for some info. In the download page for iFly Airacs, I see 2 options - 1 for the 737NG, and another "generic" one. I presume I'd want the generic one (unless the 737 one can somehow be used for the 747), and then how would I go about updating the iFly FMC with the new Airac? Thanks in advance,

Chris

Hi Chris,

I have moved two posts from FMS Support into your thread above so that they can be read by potential customers.

There is no AIRAC directly compatible with the iFly 747

Cheers
Ian
