hi i have tried to sub and pay for charts and i have been charged for the item on my bank account as a visa hold
i would like to know have you received my payment or not?
and why can't i access the charts and or will i be reimbursed for my payment if it was not received

Your payment is shown as "declined" in our card payment system. So the hold you see on your card should be released automatically after 2-3 days, since the payment was not accepted by your bank.

Please try again, and if it still fails, contact your bank.

For further assistance I'd recommend you to contact where we normally handle payment issues.
