Norton prevents the download of Manager 1.6.3 for Windows

Good Morning:

Norton antivirus prevents me from downloading and remove from my computer Manager 1.6.3 for Windows. Norton warns you that it is a dangerous file. I'm sure he's a false Norton fixer. You could do something to solve the problem.

I guess the only option is to temporarily disable Norton. There isn't much we can do about it, and reporting to Norton will almost certainly be a dead end.
