4 Data cycles

I recently purchased the 4 data cycles package and payed the cost of EU16.68 but I have recently checked my statement and the same amount of money has been charged to me again. I bought the four cycles believing that I would only be paying once. I would greatly appreciate it If someone could explain to me why I have been charged twice.

We can only find one payment made at the time of the subscription registration date/time. Could you send a copy/screenshot of the statement, or at least provide the date, time, amount, and any reference number of the two payments that appear on your statement.
