I also -charts Subscription (1 year)

You converted your remaining charts subscription to an Ultimate subscription, which contains both charts and FMS Data. This is why you can't purchase FMS Data 30 days - you already have FMS Data in your current subscription.

Your Ultimate subscription will last until 20 February 2016.
