My name is Jaylen. I’m writing because I constantly have an issue with the WYNDE3 arrival into KORD, specifically when trying to land 10C. I am a subscriber to sayintention.ai and use it for ATC. Whenever I fly to KORD and attempt to use the WYNDE3 arrival for runway 10C, I am given another arrival to fly such as the WATSN4, which wasn’t part of my original flight plan. I wrote about this issue to sayintentions.ai and they told me that the problem is the data behind the chart. The arrival chart gives routing for landing on 10C but the support personnel at sayintentions.ai state that it is a data issue with Navigraph. I have attached the conversation from the ticket I opened with sayintention.ai for your reference. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help hopefully resolve this issue.

I will check it, but the charts show that this arrival is not directly assigned to a specific runway. The WYNDE3 arrival ends at VECTORs to ALL runways.
Here is our charts app, which uses exactly the same data:
In the database, ALL means for all runways - there is no list of a single runway. You must dissolve this directly from the database in the specific application (as we do this in our chart app, as you see in the screenshot). Possible SA interprets ALL information incorrectly?!

Ok, I have checked the source database and the SA database, and in both, we offer WYNDE3 for 10L, R, and C.
Here, directly from the SA database:
The route type indicates this is a runway transition; in the transition identifier, you see RW10B. The B means all possible/available runways with ident 10 => 10L, 10R, and 10C. So, the data seems to be correct, and I can´t see what’s wrong here, as SA mentioned.
We don´t code 10L and 10R only (as they mentioned); we code it as 10B, which means all runways with the ident 10, and thatis at KORD: 10L, 10R, and 10C.
