This has been addressed in another post. Since the airport is so new, the charts were only made available via AIP today, Jeppesen will need time in order to release these charts themselves. This may take some time, hopefully by the next AIRAC or charts cycle release.

YSWS approach and taxi charts missing

YSWS is a new airport and as such, the charts were made available on the AIP today. Jeppesen will need time to interpret them and add them to their database. Most likely they will be available in the next AIRAC cycle, possibly sooner but lets wait and see.
