# VR Navigraph dies - reload

Hello,

We have an [existing thread](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/simbrief-and-efb/23456/6) with this issue however some success has been achieved with the below instructions

Can you try uninstalling the SimBrief plugin with Navigraph Hub and confirm the plugin has been removed from your community folder (important step here)

Once that is done, reinstall the SimBrief plugin again.
