Suddenly my plane icon on the Airport charts in VR is very small. It is normal size on all other charts.

Did I change something inadvertently or is this a bug?

Hello! Thanks for the feedback.

I am not able to reproduce this. Could you share a screenshot?

Which Interface Scale setting do you use in the settings menu?

Kind Regards,
Malte

interface settings…and for info my windows monitor scale is 150% (I have a 50 inch 4k monitor)
but this only happens in VR (the tiny plane)

That is very interesting. I can’t reproduce the issue, but I have noted this as something to confirm once we have migrated to a new map integration for the panel!

This is not our focus at the moment due to other goals before FSExpo, but we’ll pick it up after the conference for sure! Sorry about the inconvenience in the meantime.

Kind Regards,
Malte

I’ve been working around this for months now. The work around is to overlay the airport chart by clicking on the square at the corner of the airport chart tab. The icon then returns to a usable (and visible) size.

Using the workaround for any chart now (just overlay it as mentioned ). but would be nice to have this fixed 🙂

I fly in VR using the Navigraph in-game panel for MSFS2020. It seems that the issue has been fixed for enroute charts but not for airport and procedure charts. Navigraph, can we please get an ETA when this will be addressed. Thanks.

Hello!

We have recently tried to reproduce this with our VR headset (Meta Quest 3), but we were unable to. What VR headsets are you using?

Kind Regards,
Malte

Hi Malte,

I’m using Meta Quest 3 via Link. KLAS.

Thank you for the additional info! I just now got a chance to try this out in VR, and I can reproduce the issue for charts, yes. We shall investigate further as soon as we have available resources!

The team is working hard on other things, and we have holidays coming up. We usually don’t give ETAs, but we definitely want to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Malte
