While updating my PMDG 737 cycles, the hub uninstalled them. I went into PMDG OC3 and it showed the planes uninstalled and needing full reinstall. Same thing happened with the Leonardo MD-80 series and Aerosoft CRJ.

This is very unlikely because the Hub only removes data from the work-folder where the data are stored, and this folder is outside any addon folder, in most cases on a different drive, if your community path is not on the default.
Also, we have never seen any report of this happening since day one. Not here, nor in our ticket system. Lastly, you mentioned different addons from different developers, so it seems there is a kind of “pattern”.
I would check Antivirus, Windows Defender, or any other tools that can remove content from your system. I´m 100% sure this has nothing to do with the Hub, even though it looks like it to you.
