We have identified the culprit now …
TFDi asked us to change the navdata folder in the Hub for MSFS2024, but they didn´t inform us that this change also applies to MSFS2020; therefore, we have created two different packages with two different folders. MSFS2024 was correct, but MSFS2020 was not.

You don´t really explain exactly what isn’t working, but given the reference, I guess the update. I can´t reproduce this… I have updated the AIRAC cycle via the Hub, and it is installed correctly.
Here is the result, after installing the AIRAC 2602:
You see, the FMC is updated as expected. Please check if you have installed the latest TFDi MD-11 version for MSFS2020.
