Update AIRAC 2602


Hi, I can’t install the Airac 2602. It always says “Updating” .

I tried disabling both firewall and antivirus and reinstalling navigraph hub.

Can you send us your Navigraph Hub logs please, instructions how to do so,

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

Please check if both uninstalling/reinstalling Navigraph Hub and physically rebooting your network router helps.

Your log suggests a rendering failure.
Try:
Make sure your Windows time is synced to local time.
Roll back any recent graphics driver updates.
Consider rolling back Windows to a Restore Point when Hub was working.
Disable AV and Firewall.
Delete %APPDATA%\navigraph-hub
Restart the machine.
Redownload, install, and run Navigraph Hub
