Unhandeled exception

When I start fsAerodata I get an error message that says "Access to the path C:\Users\my name\Documents\fsAerodata Files\settings.xml’ is denied. I click Continue and the Configuration Tool opens. I click Download AIRAC Cycle and a page with info about the product and an ERROR that says “You are not authorized to view this resource”. I can go to the Support drop down menu and Unlock and download the zip file but I don’t remember where to manually copy the files. I don’t know why the Configuration Tool won’t do it automatically. It used to work. I am logged in. I’m using P3Dv4.5.

we are only provide the data for FSAeroData, but we have nothing todo with their application, nor do we know the exact flow of this application, sorry. Please contact the FSAeroData developer for such kind of questions.
