Unexpected blank page in PDF using WZZ layout

Page 3 of 14 is blank (without even an “intentionally left blank” message on the page), and it doesn’t make a lot sense at first glance in the middle of the navlog.

There is similar content from page 4 to page 5, without a blank page, albeit with an extra line of “buffer” between the new FIR line and the next page (3 blank lines instead of 2).
