Unable to update to cycle 2602 for 777F and 777W

Hello,

I can’t manage to update to the latest cycle on the 2 a/c mentioned in the title.
When I clicked on the update button, the process seemed to be fine and it gave me the “remove” button, but then it reverted itself to the “install” button.

I also have a duplicated 777-300ER in the menu, as seen in the screenshot

Same issue; PMDG B777-300 series not accepting the download. Tried several times, no luck, but other add-ons no problem. What’s going on with Navigraph?

After trying to install the update, I noticed that there were two folders for 777. pmdg-aircraft-77w that has the aircraft and pdmg-aircraft-77w that has the navdata. Looks like someone in Navigraph had a typo.

We identified the issue and it has been fixed. Simply try updating the aircraft on Hub again.
